The Promotional Products Management System (PPMS) is a system that allows its users to obtain their pre-chosen promotional items directly online - in an online store atmosphere. Within this system, we help our clients increase brand awareness, track exposure and have control over the continuity of their logo - while giving them the freedom to focus their efforts on other important aspects of
their job. Because it is designed specifically to handle promotional products, it can be used in several different ways.
HOW WE USE OUR PPMS
At Biz Mark, we use our PPMS to allow our existing customers - customers who generate exact repeat orders on a continual basis - quick and easy access to their products.
For example -
Several of our clients honor their employee with company service awards. In this example - we will use one particular client who awards their employees at levels of 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years and 15 years of service.
After considering the companies workforce and collaborating with the Human Resource Manager on ideas - we come up with a set of promotional items - decorated with the companies logo - for each level of service. These items are awarded to employees on a quarterly basis - therefore generating quarterly tallying and ordering of the specific quantities needed for that period.
Once chosen, the awards were entered in to the Biz Mark PPMS. The HR Manager, or any member of their team who has been designated as the project manager, has 24/7 access to their service award program items. The program administrator can access their items, via the internet, any time - day or night and reorder the desired quantities and/or sizes.
In another instance, a client - a hospital - has two particular products they love to hand out on a continual basis (hand sanitizer on a clip and
lip-balm on a clip). Once quantities begin to run low, about ever couple of month, they simply log on to the Biz Mark PPMS and enter their re-order. The process takes about 1 minute and they are assured always having their items on hand.
No items are displayed in our PPMS until the client logs in using their unique user name and password. Then, and only then, will their items and pricing appear. No other users will have access to any other users items - they are all specifically coded to one client’s login information.
The PPMS retains all order information as well as specific processing details such as order status, shipping information and tracking numbers.
HOW OUR CUSTOMERS USE THEIR PPMS
Since the PPMS is designed specifically to manage, track, assign, distribute and control the continuity of Promotional items - we can use it in several different ways to meet the needs of our clients.
For example -
One of our customers, a manufacturing firm, has hundreds of distributors all over the country. They were faced with the challenge of trying to increase brand awareness among their distributors as well as maintain the continuity of their logo and the corporate standards as to how and where their logo can be imprinted.
We introduced them to our Promotional Products Management System.
Because of its versatility, we customized the PPMS to take on the look and feel of their corporate image.
Items were chosen that meet company standards and offered to each distributor on a co-op basis. If the Distributor agreed to purchase and use the items specified in the PPMS, the manufacturer would pay a large percentage of the price of each item ordered.
To make it more appealing, and because the PPMS is designed to handle a variety of options - we also gave the Distributors the option of co-branding the manufacturer’s logo with their own.
Our PPMS is so versatile that it works well in many different atmospheres.
Our club customers can offer select items to their members in a standard online store format as well as track inventory and generate automatic re-orders for their on-site boutique.
Franchise owners can easily control continuity as well as track and distribute items to their affiliates.
And large corporations can manage inventory tracking and increase brand awareness in their outlying departments with ease.
